I will give a one time consultation on your exercise routine.
Knowing your goals, time and place of exercise I will formulate
a specialized workout plan for you to reach your goals.
1 time a month-
Same as one
time consult but the workout plan will be adjusted and reviewed
each month to reach your changing goals.
1 time a month (upper and lower body)-
-A consultation
on your workout plan with specific lower body exercises and upper
body exercises including number reps and weight etc.
1 time a week (upper and lower body)-
-Same as one
time a month consultation but updated weekly to improve the bodies
fitness "rut."
